LEE LIN TART MALONE

Harnett County native and attorney, Lee Tart Malone, practices in wills and estates, labor law, corporate law, civil litigation, criminal law, and commercial and residential real estate.

Malone earned a degree in Business Administration and a Juris Doctor from Campbell University.  During law school, she was awarded a Book Award in Advanced Real Property.  She is licensed in state court and the Eastern and Middle U.S. District Courts.

Prior to attending law school, Lee worked for a number of years in the northeastern United States providing sales and marketing services for various telecommunications companies.

She currently serves on the Central Carolina Community College Foundations Board.  Lee has served on the Board of Directors for Hospice of Harnett County and on the Advisory Board for the recently merged Hospices of Harnett and Wake, now renamed Transitions LifeCare. She is active in our local public schools, having served as PTO officer or volunteer at each level from primary school through high school, as well as various other civic and professional organizations.  Lee is married to Steve Malone and has a daughter, Lindsey.  She enjoys aviation, making pottery, and being outdoors.
