JOSEPH L. TART

Joseph L.  Tart has practiced law since 1982 having been a general practitioner with experience in many areas of the law – criminal and civil.  Since 1992, he has limited his practice to civil matters.

Joe has experience in litigation at the trial court level, as well as appellate appeals and arguing before the North Carolina Supreme Court.  He is licensed in state court and the Eastern, Middle, and Western U.S. District Courts.  His extensive experience has earned him the top AV Preeminent® by Martindale-Hubbell.

The most satisfying part of Joe’s practice is dealing with people and helping to solve their problems.

Prior careers include working with one of North Carolina’s largest corporations, as well as maintaining his solely-owned business.

Joe and his wife, Hannah, are life-long Harnett County residents and have two children, Lee and Joey, and three grandchildren, Lindsey, Joseph, and Robert.
